Shipping:

– We offer free shipping on all orders in Estonia.

– Leather jacket orders are typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

– Fur coat orders are processed and shipped in 7 business days except fur coats which are not in stock. 

– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

– We ship using DPD.

Returns:

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have any questions or concerns about our shipping and returns policy, please don’t hesitate to contact us. 

All of our products at furque are custom made therefore we don’t offer returns. Hope for Your understanding.
